Boothbay Harbor’s winter parking ban is now in effect. Please do not leave vehicles parked on public streets within Boothbay Harbor overnight.

Motorists may utilize the three municipal parking lots (footbridge, Oak Street and Howard Street) for overnight parking in the designated areas.

In addition, vehicles may not be parked on streets any time during severe inclement weather when municipal plow vehicles are operational for snow removal/sanding operations. These dates and times are announced on local news channels and social media outlets (Boothbay Register, municipal social media, TV channels 6, 8 and 13).

During these periods you are welcome to use any of the three municipal parking lots as well.
